  • When you sign up for my app, you'll receive weekly workout plans, daily habit recommendations, nutritional guidance, and coaching videos—all delivered seamlessly through the platform. These resources are designed to support and guide you throughout the programme.

    My goal is to help you build a healthier lifestyle in a sustainable way. That's why the program spans 52 weeks, gradually evolving your workouts and habits to fit naturally into your routine, making long-term progress easier to maintain.

  • You can cancel at any time before your next billing cycle. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, you'll still have access to all the content for that billing period, and no further charges will be made.

  • Due to the way the app operates, your data will be removed once you cancel your subscription. Unfortunately, we’re unable to retain it after cancellation.

  • Yes, you can restart, but it will be as a new account. This means the programme will begin from the start, and previous progress won’t be carried over.

  • The development programme is designed for those from a basic to advanced level of fitness. If you have any medical concerns about whether this program is right for you, please reach out to me before signing up.

  • If you're injured, we’ll need to discuss the details, including the type of injury and recovery time, to determine what’s best for you. So yes, it’s definitely possible—we’ll just need to tailor the approach to fit your needs.

  • Yes, you can switch packages anytime. Your new plan, including any price or workout changes, will take effect with your next billing cycle.

  • I've designed the app to be as self-sufficient as possible while still providing plenty of guidance from me. You can message me directly through the app anytime, and I'll respond within five days.

    If you'd like a video chat for more personalised support, we can arrange one for a small additional fee of £20.

  • This programme is a gym based programme. For the development programme, you’ll need access to decent amount of gym equipment.
    The programme is designed for all exercises to be adaptive.

  • Tracking your progress is simple and all done through the app. You can log exercises each time you complete them and view your historical data, track your weight, nutrition, and more—all in one place. Full details on how to use these features will be provided when you join.
